Classroom music - Students learn the fundamental musicianship skills through games, singing, ukuleles, bucket drumming, boom whackers and recorders.
Lunch time extension activities reflect and respond to students interest and might include, Choir, recorder consort, percussion groups, drama groups, Puppeteer work, breath and voice development sessions.
Tropi-Toots - a beginner band program using smaller flutes (toots) Clarinets (doods) saxophones (Jsax) percussion and trombones (pbuzz). Students use these fun instruments to learn the musicianship and ensemble skills they need to enter the Instrumental music program in year 4 . They have performance opportunities around the school and local community.
Musical - Fantastic high calibre shows every year since 2006. An extension for gifted performers. Performances for the school, families and local community. Full show, lights, microphones, make-up, costumes singing dancing and acting.
